Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Western leaders had approached him about potential negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine. Without naming anyone, Lavrov told reporters that some Western powers were increasingly interested in a negotiated settlement. Meanwhile, The US has to review its current position on both the Ukraine conflict and relations with Russia before restoring dialogue with Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told NBC.
