Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu met with soldiers in Northern Gaza on Christmas day. The IDF said that Netanyahu spoke with soldiers and commanders and pledged to continue to fight until the end. “We are not stopping. Whoever talks about stopping – there is no such thing. We are not stopping. The war will continue until the end”, Netanyahu was heard telling troops in IDF footage. Meanwhile, The US military has carried out retaliatory strikes on three facilities in Iraq that are used by Iran-backed militants, the Pentagon has said. It said the strikes were a response to a series of attacks against US personnel in Iraq and Syria by Iranian-sponsored militias.Three US personnel were wounded as a result, including one who is in critical condition, the Pentagon said.
