The former Prime Minister Israel revealed that he had ordered an attack on an Iranian UAV base and assassinated a senior IRGC* commander during his tenure. Naftali Bennett, who was Israel’s PM between June 2021 and June 2022, made the admission in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal on December 28. Bennett said Israel had launched the attack after “Iran launched two failed UAV attacks on Israel in February 2022.” In his Wall Street Journal op-ed, Bennett also revealed how Israel killed an IRGC commander after his unit tried to kill Israeli tourists in Turkey. Meanwhile, the Jerusalem Post claimed that Bennett published the op-ed’s sensitive military information without the approval of the IDF’s censor unit. Watch the video to find out more.
