Israeli settlers have killed at least 10 Palestinians and torched dozens of homes in the occupied West Bank in 2023. The claims were made by an Israeli watchdog, Yesh Din, which also said 2023 was the “most violent” year on record for settler attacks. According to Yesh Din, Israeli settlers carried out numerous West Bank attacks which spiked after Hamas’s October 7 attacks on Israel. According to the Palestinian health ministry, at least 317 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli security forces and settlers in the West Bank since October 7.
