Russia has started moving some residents from the city of Belgorod following a string of deadly Ukrainian attacks. The Belgorod Governor said several families had left the city that has been facing intensified shelling and drone attacks recently. Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR) has released footage of what it claims to be a successful operation “inside enemy territory”. Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence claims one of the targets injured in the Belgorod raid was a “significant figure”.
