The Israeli military has confirmed two new attacks on southern Lebanon on Jan.12, targeting what it called Hezbollah “terrorist cells.” An Israeli military spokesman said a military helicopter conducted a raid in Marwahin, southern Lebanon. He added that the military fired artillery rounds at a cell firing antitank missiles in the Yaroun areaz.Israel and Lebanese militant group Hezbollah have been exchanging fire across the border since October 7.
