EU Ready To “Fast-Track” Red Sea Naval Mission Amid Rising Houthi Threats After Refusing To Join US

The European Union is set to establish its own naval operation to defend commercial vessels in the Red Sea from Houthi attacks. According to diplomats, the bloc’s Political and Security Committee had given its initial support for the mission.
