Ukrainian leaders in Davos were willing to meet senior Chinese officials who were in Switzerland but snubbed the request. According to a Politico report, Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky failed to meet at the summit. China’s delegation in Switzerland had ample opportunity to sit across from their Ukrainian counterparts. However, Beijing’s officials made no effort or signals to make sure a meeting took place between the two sides.
