Dozens of pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah on January 21, blocking the street at the annual event.Protesters were chanting slogans and holding banners calling for an end to the deadly conflict in Gaza. Many signs were held up referring to the conflict as a “genocide”.The demonstration was joined by actress Melissa Barrera, local media reported. Barrera had been fired from the ‘Scream 7’ project in late 2023 due to her pro-Palestinian stance in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
