“Anti-Kremlin” Russian Rock Band Bi-2 Flees Thailand For Israel Amid Fear Of Imprisonment In Russia

Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz welcomed the members of the Russian rock band Bi-2 in Tel Aviv on February 1. The band members arrived in Israel after being deported from Thailand under suspected pressure from the Kremlin. This comes after Thai immigration authorities detained seven members of the Bi-2 group on January 31. After arriving in Israel, the musicians thanked the authorities for rescuing the entire band and not just the Israeli members. Watch the video to find out more.
