A report from the US Special Counsel raised serious questions about President Joe Biden’s memory. The report released by Robert Hur said Biden presented himself at trial as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”The scathing 345-page report, released on February 8, noted that the president’s memory had “significant limitations.” The special counsel interviewed the 81-year-old president over five hours as part of the inquiry.Hur said Biden could not recall when he was the Vice-President or “even within several years when his son Beau died.”
