The UN said that Israeli forces are “systematically” blocking access to people in need in Gaza, complicating the task of delivering aid. Gaza’s Health Ministry says medical teams are unable to provide healthcare to patients at Nasser Hospital. Ventilators stopped working after hospital generators shut down as water was cut off and sewage and accumulated waste overflowed, the ministry added.
