The US Army has designated Moscow as the “enemy” while unveiling a newly-published manual focused on the Russian military. The manual showcases a comprehensive analysis by the US military of Russian military strategy and tactics. The Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) released the 280-page manual, which provides detailed insights into Moscow’s ground forces. The manual titled ATP 7-100.1 also provides insights into Russia’s potential actions in hypothetical conflicts against the US Army. The manual aims to equip US and allied military officers with knowledge about potential adversaries, including Russia, North Korea, China, and Iran.
