Hundreds of Yemen’s civil servants took part in a military parade in Sanaa University Square on March 9 after completing a twelve-day military training course by the Houthis.The training courses come within the framework of the general mobilisation efforts organised by the Houthis to support the people of Gaza, and to raise combat readiness against any possible aggression against Yemen, the Houthis said.Thousands of people participated in these courses in different parts of Yemen since the start of the war in Gaza.The militants performed a parade carrying weapons, rifles, and machine guns, and chanted slogans in support of Gaza and against the U.S. and Israel.The U.S. announced earlier this year that Houthi rebels would return to a list of terrorist groups, which will hit the Iran-aligned group with harsh sanctions that aim to cut off funding and weapons the Houthis have used in their Red Sea attacks.
