Poland has secured multi-billion-dollar agreements with the US for air-to-air and air-to-surface missile systems. The US government has cleared the sale of air-launched missiles to Poland for a combined $3.68 billionThe US DSCA announced the US Department of State approvals in three separate notifications on March 12. According to the notification, all the proposed sales included related equipment, training and support. This purchase, comprising missiles and related logistics support, is intended further to align Poland’s military capabilities with NATO standards.
