Bolivian authorities seized over seven tonnes of cocaine hidden in scrap metal structures in a region near the border with Chile, officials said on March 18.The Special Force of Fight against Drug Trafficking found 7.280 tonnes of cocaine in two of three seized containers, which were bound for Belgium.Authorities found the drugs after checking two containers in two trucks at the Pisiga Customs in Oruro on Thursday (March 14). On their way to the Oruro National Customs, they found a third truck from the same company moving another container.Three suspects were detained with charges of drug trafficking and criminal association.
