The US, UK, and New Zealand have accused Beijing-backed cyber groups of launching attacks on lawmakers and democratic institutions. Washington, London, and Wellington publicly detailed a series of cyber breaches spanning over a decade in a concerted effort to corner China. Meanwhile, China reacted angrily to the accusations, with embassies and in London, Wellington and Washington issuing denunciations.
