French Foreign Minister met with his Chinese counterpart in Beijing to discuss ties amid ongoing conflicts in Europe and the Middle East. France’s top diplomat said that the country wants China to send “clear messages” to its close ally Russia over the conflict in Ukraine. At a news conference following the meeting with Wang Yi, Sejourne expressed his concern about North Korean ballistic missile deliveries to Russia.
