Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is rallying against the prospect of NATO troops being deployed in Ukraine. Medvedev has urged Moscow to offer bounties for killing NATO soldiers if they are deployed to Ukraine to fight against Russian troops. The Putin ally has called for “maximum reward” for the Russian soldiers who kill troops from the NATO alliance. “We should take no prisoners!” Medvedev urged, saying Russia should not give the bodies of killed NATO soldiers back and “let the relatives abroad suffer.”
