Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr will meet US President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in a trilateral summit at the White House. The summit is seen as a counter to China’s assertive foreign policy. The summit is part of 10 security agreements Marcos has signed with seven countries since last year.
