Hamas has threatened the remaining hostages held in Gaza after an Israeli rescue operation in the Nuseirat refugee camp that freed four captives. Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, also said that some hostages were killed in Israel’s hostage freeing operation. The Israel Defence Forces said its forces came under intense fire during the rescue operation in Gaza’s Nuseirat refugee camp. The vehicle carrying the three hostages became stuck and came under heavy fire, nearly complicating the mission, the Israeli military said. The IDF also released footage showing rescued hostage Noa Argamani being extracted from the Gaza Strip in a helicopter on June 8.
