A draft communique from the 32-nation alliance meeting indicated that allies plan to provide Ukraine with at least 40 billion euros ($43.28 billion) in military aid over the next year. However, the draft fell short of the multi-year commitment that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg had advocated.
