On September 21, multiple rockets allegedly fired from Lebanon were intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome air defence system over the Upper Galilee region. Air-raid sirens were activated in Haifa, Nazareth, Afula, and Lower Galilee, prompting a swift response from the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), which reported that 24 Hezbollah rockets were launched in three waves. One rocket, however, landed in the Nazareth area, injuring a 60-year-old man due to shrapnel, according to Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA). This barrage followed an Israeli airstrike in Beirut on September 20, which resulted in the deaths of several Hezbollah commanders.
