The Israeli military says it struck what it called a “Hamas command centre” inside Gaza’s Al-Ahli hospital on April 13. Two missiles reportedly hit the hospital building overnight. The IDF and Shin Bet claimed they targeted a command complex used for operations against Israel.A Gaza resident, Abu El-Abed, said Al-Ahli was “the only hospital left” functioning across the strip, handling surgeries, emergency care and intensive treatment. He said other public hospitals, including Al-Shifa and Al-Sahaba, were no longer operational. The IDF said it had issued early warnings to minimise civilian harm. n18oc_world n18oc_crux
